Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and thus unopened.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as CDs and Vinyl, downloads and gift cards.
There are certain situations where no refund, or only partial refunds are granted:
If you choose to return an item that was on sale at the moment of purchase, you will receive the price of the product at the moment of purchase moment, but only if all conditions (see above) are met. You will not receive more money than you paid for.
If you wish to return an item purchased in bundle, we will notify you by email with a calculation showing you the amount of money you will get refunded. The amount is not necessary equal to half of the bundle price, or to the original product you are returning.
To return your product, you should contact our customer support and ask for instructions. Please fill in our contact form with the following information: order number, date of purchase, product(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the products. Never return products without communicating it first, as we cannot offer you a refund without knowing about a return beforehand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any problems regarding your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your balance of your payment method again. Then please contact them to ask if something went wrong and if they cannot provide you with a satisfying answer, contact our customer support.
