WAV and FLAC are both lossless formats. These formats both have the full audio quality from the original source. WAV is an exact copy of the original source audio. FLAC has a slightly reduced file size but maintains the full audio quality. It’s important to remember that the FLAC format is not supported by loads of portable media players. MP3 is a ‘’lossy’’ audio format. It is compressed in order to minimize file size though at a slightly diminished quality.
All our digital music is available in WAV, FLAC and MP3. Unlike other music stores, there is no difference in price between the formats!
After you purchase a digital product, you can download the files trough your personal webshop account. Access your account page via: https://store.liquicity.com/my-account and navigate to the “Downloads” page. Find your files and click the download button to start the download. The .zip-file will be saved on your computer (downloading to mobile devices is not supported). You need to extract the .zip-file on your computer to listen to the individual songs. No. The preview player on the website plays a low-quality (and thus quick-loading)128kbps MP3 version of the final file. The sound quality of the final downloaded version, whether WAV or 320kbps MP3, is far better and to most people indistinguishable from a CD.

Yes, you will get this code in your email as soon as the shipment is on its way! Unlike the rest of the emails, UPS will email you directly with the Track & Trace code. Yes, orders will be delivered on weekdays and during holidays. However, UPS delivery services may be reduced on certain days during the year, regarding on the country you live in.
Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control, please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us ([email protected]) for lost packages.
Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight, size and destination of the products. All orders will be handled as packages, so you will receive a Track& Trace code even if you only ordered one CD. Generally you save shipping costs per product if you order more than one product.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before we dispatch. Please contact our customer service once you have decided to cancel your order ([email protected]). You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel before the shipment was processed by Liquicity. If we have already shipped your package, please wait for delivery and return the package to receive a refund. In this case you will have to pay for the return shipping and packaging costs, please see “I want to return my purchased item” below for more info.
We do not accept returns of CDs, vinyl, downloadable products or event tickets. We do offer a return policy on all clothing items.
If you receive a damaged product, please make a picture and email your details to [email protected]. In this case we will cover your return shipping costs, plus a new shipment.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you can return them to us within 14 days after the initial order date. You will have to pay for shipping and packaging fees yourself. If you decide to return your purchase, the product(s) need to be in perfect condition or we will not be able to give you a refund!
